graduation...'nuff said

I graduate in 23 days. 23DAYS! Woo hoo! That means in 23 days I don't have to take tests anymore, complete any busy work, and can sleep in. That also means in 23 days I can do what I love full-time-- take photos of some of the best looking people in the Utah Valley. I love my job and absolutely cannot wait to ONLY do my job without having to share that time with monotonous classes. Don't get me wrong, I love learning, but after 18 straight years of school I simply cannot wait to be free from textbooks for a little while.

Here's a photo displaying mine and my husband's complete and utter excitement over the realization that we will be graduating from college. Matthew will be graduating with a BA degree in Communications: Advertising and I will be graduating with 2 degrees: one BS in Marriage, Family and Human Development and one BS in Communication Disorders: Speech Language Pathology and Audiology. Will I pursue these degrees and further my education? Possibly someday. I would like to always have a career backup just in case things fall through and I have to sit behind a desk or work in a clinic. But for now, I'm taking a break, prepping to take the GRE, and focusing on photography!

Woo hoo! April 22nd could not come soon enough!

PS. There's a reason I suck at jumping in this picture. This was not our first jump. Our first jump, I did barefoot and jumped super high and did pretty awesome, but my lovely oh-so-sweet grandma forgot to push the button. SOOOOO after we hurt ourselves pretty bad the first time around, I was a little more cautious the second time. Hence, eyes on the ground and feet not too far either :) I can't take pictures if I break a leg! Gotta look out for #1....

you know how it goes :)

i'm just so glad my clients our one million times better at jumping in pictures than I am
