did i mention i love utah?

one of my fave things about utah are the mountains. i cannot even begin to describe how much i love hiking-- the views are absolutely breathtaking. A week or so ago, I decided since it was warm out to take my pups for a hike and my good friend Shari came along to help (2 dogs+ two leashes= mayhem--Thanks Shari!!). so we decided to go hike up rock canyon (one of my all time favorite hiking spots!). Unfortunately, all of the trails were still super icy and snowy, but despite that we kept hiking until we could hike no more due to an avalanche that had blocked the path. But we got some great pics and some great outdoors time, so that's all we could really ask for. Here are a few pics from our little voyage. Sorry I look so awful...it was just one of those days :)

i would love to take some bridals here sometime. what an adventure that would be!
