Jason Mraz!

So I'm a little behind on my blog--which shouldn't surprise you--but a LOT has happened since I last wrote. Last week Matthew got a call from his sister in Salt Lake asking if we wanted to go see Jason Mraz. Little did we know, it was a private party for our brother-in-laws job! And Jason Mraz was going to be the entertainment. I knew Cristina and Houston liked Jason Mraz because they went to his concert just the night before haha so we invited them to join us :)

On the way to the party, we thought we knew where we were going but we couldn't have been more off--we ended up in Salt Lake City at the Salt Lake Palace...but it was in Magna at the Saltair Palace. C'mon they shouldn't have so many things with "palace" in the name. I feel that it was an honest mistake.

But when we got there, we realized the food line was HUGE! We tried to wait in line but after 1 hour or so of waiting (maybe it wasn't an hour but it sure seemed like it) for a hamburger, we decided to just go get as close as we could to the stage with Jason Mraz. We were seriously close. The pictures don't do it justice.

After the INCREDIBLE concert (he is very entertaining...and sounds even better live!) we decided to go stand in line for food again. The line didn't move much and after another hour or so we just decided to head out.

And then we did the unthinkable...crossed over into UofU territory and ate at The Pie. AMAZING pizza there btw! If you haven't been there yet, you NEED to go!!! Just don't wear your BYU stuff :)

Alright, so I've written enough. Here are a few really blurry pictures. We weren't supposed to bring our cameras so I just brought my little crappy one. I didn't want to chance getting my nice cameras taken away :) But Cristina and Houston took amazing pics. I'll refer you to their blog when she posts them...Cristina you have to post those pics! haha these pics really aren't good.
